Medical Equipment Technicians (METs) are certified professionals who specialize in the repair and maintenance of medical devices, ensuring they function efficiently and safely.

 

1. Contact & Initial Assessment

Reach out via phone, email, or contact form. Describe the issue and send photos or a short video — this helps us assess the situation and avoid unnecessary shipping.

2. Evaluation & Diagnostic Testing

Once your unit arrives at our Miami facility, our certified technicians will inspect and test the machine. A repair estimate is sent to you within 1–3 business days.

3. Repair & Return

If you approve the estimate, we proceed with repairs — usually completed within 1–2 business days. Your machine is then tested and returned, ready to use.

Transparent Repair Pricing & Administrative Policy

Evaluation Fee Policy

We do not charge upfront to receive or evaluate your machine. However, a $70 USD administrative and technical testing fee applies to all inspections, which includes:

• Equipment intake and handling

• Machine opening and internal diagnostics

• Bench testing and technician time

This $70 fee will be:

• ✅ Waived and included in the final invoice if you proceed with the approved repair

• ❌ Charged only if you decline the estimate and request the unrepaired unit to be returned

This ensures we cover technician labor while keeping the process fair and transparent.

Sometimes, repairs may cost more than replacing the device. In these cases, we offer a trade-in opportunity: you can apply your existing device as credit toward a certified refurbished or new unit.
