Orders placed on the weekend or after the 10 AM EST cut-off will be processed the following business day. All orders over $99 are eligible for Free USPS Ground Shipping (to all continental United States 48 states – meaning you’ll typically have your order within 1 to 5 business days, excludes weekends and holidays).

Tracking Your Package
All orders placed will have a tracking number generated within 24 hours of shipment. All tracking numbers will show up-to-date tracking information online.
The tracking number will be sent to you in an automatic email once it is available.

Saturday Delivery Options
Orders placed on Friday with regular 1-Day shipping will be delivered on the following business day, Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, there is an additional fee to deliver on a non-business day.

Please note that your order must be placed before 10 AM Eastern Standard Time on Friday in order to be delivered the following Saturday with this option.
Shipping is available to U.S. military addresses (APO, DPO, and FPO) only through the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you require shipping to one of these types of addresses, FedEx service will not be available.

Many of our products have two prices displayed: a “Retail Price” and an “Our Price”. Our Price is the price you’ll pay when you check out online and pay with a credit card or PayPal. “Retail Price” is the price that we will charge your insurance carrier. This higher amount covers a host of additional expenses associated with billing and collecting from insurance carriers, including, but not limited to, claim submission, documentation gathering, collection efforts, appeals efforts and write-offs of uncollectable claims. “Retail Price” is the greater of the Medicare Allowable Amount (maximum amount Medicare will pay for a covered health product) or the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price.
