Oxygen Concentrator Rental (Stationary Units Only) – Terms and Conditions

At American Oxygen, we specialize in providing high-quality stationary oxygen concentrators for rental, perfect for home use or extended stays, including vacations in Miami. This agreement covers stationary oxygen concentrators only. For Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POC), please refer to our dedicated service. Rental Terms and Conditions (Stationary Oxygen Concentrators):

1.Rental Fee: The full rental fee for the stationary oxygen concentrator must be paid upon booking. This fee covers the specific rental period agreed upon at the time of reservation.

2.Payment Method: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Credit card details will be securely stored for the duration of the rental and may be used for additional charges such as late returns, damage, or loss.

3.Late Return & Loss: A late return fee of $20 per day will apply if the stationary concentrator is not returned by the agreed-upon date. In the case of loss or severe damage, the full replacement cost of the concentrator will be charged to the card on file.

4.Equipment Condition: The concentrator must be returned in its original condition. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear or missing parts will result in additional charges.

5.Credit Card Security: Your credit card information will be securely stored and used only for rental fees, incidental charges, or damage penalties, in accordance with our secure storage protocols.

6.Equipment Availability: Rentals are subject to availability. If equipment is unavailable at the time of booking, we will notify you, provide alternative options, or issue a full refund.

7.Order Verification and Decline Policy: American Oxygen reserves the right to verify all online orders before confirming the rental. This includes validating medical necessity, prescription, and the intended rental period. If we are unable to corroborate this information or the rental request does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the order, with a full refund issued.

8.Agreement Termination: The rental agreement concludes once the equipment is safely returned and all payments have been settled.

Important Considerations:

•This service is for stationary oxygen concentrators only. If you require a Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC) for travel or mobility, please refer to our separate POC rental service.

•If you are renting on behalf of another individual, please ensure you have the appropriate medical documentation, including a valid prescription, to confirm the concentrator is necessary for their respiratory therapy.
